Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
Include all original tags and packaging
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or not as described:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or strung racquets
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
