Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations
Courtside Racquets currently ships within Canada only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping across Canada:
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more
Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days
Flat-Rate Standard Shipping – $15 CAD on orders under $100
Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@courtsideracquets.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
